Often the most daunting part of the whole process! Some of those forms can be very long and complex – but don’t worry. We will help you to complete the appropriate sections, and explain choices as they arise to ensure you understand the process and are through it with the least pain possible.

Once complete we will copy to our files for your convenience and forward the originals to the plan or service provider for processing.

Please remember that all protection products, such as life and critical illness plans do require some form of underwriting, and so more information may be requested directly by the provider. This is a normal part of the process and is often simply a form of quality control – please do not interpret it as anything else.

Once all the requirements are satisfied and the documents issued we will check to ensure that all is in order.
